THEY ARE TOO FUSSY - THEY FAIL TO DELIVER LARGER ITEMS Every time I have a parcel that is larger (about the size of a coat/jacket box) Every thing is fine until it arrives in Liverpool and it then says "Out for Delivery" followed by "This parcel is bigger than we expected, so a specialist Evri courier will need to deliver it. We're sorting this now and we'll update your tracking as soon as it's on its way" THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE - MY PARCEL IS NOW STUCK - NO UPDATE SINCE LAST 3 DAYS - THIS KEEPS ON HAPPENING EVERYTIME THE COURIER LADY GETS A LARGER PARCEL FOR ME THAT TAKES UP MORE SPACE THAN SHE LIKES IN HER SUV - I NOW WON'T RECEIVE MY PARCEL FOR ATLEAST 4 WEEKS BY TIME EVRi GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND HOUNOR THE DELIVERY - DISGUSTING SERVICE - THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IN UK FOR SHARE NEGLECT.

Scammers dont trust Evri company waiting my parcels more than 1 month!!!

Horrible delivery service, can't find the Adress, already waiting for a week. Other delivery companies find our Adress and we never had problems.

Awful. The drivers don't even bother trying to deliver, they just lie about failed deliveries. Avoid using this company, you won't receive your parcels and they are impossible to contact.
