        "Ordered food and put a note on the order. Order sent with allergy items on even though replacement item was requested. Ring restaurant to sort out the problem. Cook shouting in the background when asked about the problem leaving me option but to say no to an exchange. I was told I was rude because I refused the replacement after hearing the cook complaining by the person on the phone and they hung up. Food to be binned and refund claimed. Sadly we've ordered from here many times before but never again after such poor treatment."
