        Just had a machine sent back to me after service and CLEANING - not cleaned at all - photos provided. After complaining they told me it is supposed to look like that and wanted to charge me more ( lying I provided the wrong model number - which they check on the phone prior to sending and also had it there at the service - so an obvious lie. Worst customer service ever.

        De'longhi Stilosa coffee machine. Small plastic fittings on the inner rim of where the sump arm attaches to the boiler unit which are used to provide a tight seal and prevent leaks has come detatched from my machine, rendering it effectively useless. This extortionate company wanted to charge me 64 to fix it! A BRAND NEW machine only costs 89 - bloody ridiculous and disgustingly over-expensive. I'd rather buy a brand new machine with a 1 year warranty on it thanks. Pointless looking to repair and reuse stuff when it's going to cost you 3/4's of a brand new machine.
