After buying a heater from them, it stopped working after 4 days. Customer service has not responded to emails after so many tries, we managed to speak to someone! We have returned the heater. It's been over two weeks since the heater was returned and we have neither the money nor the heater. We have made many contact attempts. Will never buy anything from them. Waste of time and Money. Bad quality . Bad customer service. I do not recommend

First ordered my heater from Castle Heaters the middle of last year, 'Fantastic price. Fantastic product!' then unfortunately the heater became faulty. I found their after sales extremely good and within 2 weeks the heater was sent back and returned all working.

Having bought a heater from them after few days some issues with the heater and it didnt work no more ! but customer service failed to reply to emails after so many tries we managed to speak to someone and they all tried to blame whatever issue in the customer and not comply with the policy about returns! Never ll buy anything from them . Waste of Money . Bad quality . Bad customer service

We bought 2 heaters which were fitted a few months ago. Having installed them in a recessed balcony - under cover as was stated, they both have severe rust on them. We contacted Castle Heaters saying we were very disappointed in the substandard quality of the product rusting after such a short time. Their response was that it was cosmetic changes and that if we wanted they would sell us new grills for the heaters. I checked in advance with Castle Heaters that they were suitable for our location about mile from the coast and was told they were, with no warning about rusting. Very disappointed and very poor customer service just stating it was not covered by the warranty. Another case of a company having your money and not caring in any way about after sales service. There are plenty of other heater companies out there so you may wish to consider approaching them instead of making the mistake we did with Castle Heaters.
