A joke of a company. Been sent by agency for a job in there as an electrician, and of course they were busy so no one could deal with me second time because the first time they have told me that the Duty Holder said my qualification for 2391-52 it is not a proper one . Had no idea in GREAT BRITAIN you can take a proper qualification or a toy one and be approved by City and Guilds. But I guess the problem is that I am not a proper British......... Waste off time

Been waiting for a boiler repair since November. February engineer came without correct part, boiler has still not been repaired.

Absolute joke of a company. Had nothing but problems since we had our boiler installed there's fluid leaking from all over the kitchen top and does it randomly throughout the year, they've left my 70 year old mum without any hot water etc before now when I've had to come back from work to 'fix it' ... only because one guy showed me how to do it but between where they've put the monstrosity and the shoddy council 'trying to box it in' with lose pieces of wood not even attached to the wall. They always say they will turn up and they don't.... my mum is basically housebound I finally get time off to take her out and I can't because these incompetent muppets can't even be bothered to turn up and actually fix the problem or do there stupid routine 'service' so we've sat in all day twice in the past week .... never had this issue when British gas used to service them. By the way when you send letter headed paper atleast put the CORRECT number down... not one where you get another number, phone them and they don't have a clue who you are it screams shoddy firm cowboys

Three appointments made and nobody has turned up despite me phoning Liberty to double check each time that they are coming. Staff offer you AM or PM appts then tell you the engineer is coming between 8am and 5pm!!! Then nobody turns up anyway. Absolute joke, one of the staff accused me of lying! This company needs to have their contracts taken off them or get professional staff.
