Rowlands Pharmacy Tower Hill

Today i went to Rowlands Pharmacy on Ebony Way to collect my owed medication tablets. To which i was told by a male pharmacist that i have had the full amount, there's a note on the system to say that. I do have quite a few problems with my medication as they get sent away. I'm not the one to complaint but being told no I've had my medication even tho I've got the owing note to hand saying i am owed wasnt a very nice experience and was abit embarrassed in front of other customers. I did ask for the pharmacist name and was told no again as i did say i would be putting a complaint in. Now I've got to ring 111 to get the rest of my medication.

Attempted to go into the pharmacy last Saturday to collect literally life saving insulin for my 2 sons only to find the doors locked at 11:10 when it clearly states shop closes at 11:30. As they opened the door to let a customer out I told them I was coming in to get the needed insulin - you can't lock a chemist when your job is to provide medication to people simply to guarantee your home time. A heated discussion broke out with the pharmacist. Then from nowhere a staff member got herself unnecessarily involved and started screaming at me from across the counter. She's vile. The most disgusting person you could ever place in a customer facing role. Permanently understaffed. Complete joke of a pharmacy

Appalling service, supposed to open at 8.30 but can't because "pharmacist isn't on site" ,been like this for months, hardly any staff, queues out of the door at bust times, need to get their act together.

Repeatedly short staffed therefore unable to deal with requests as simple as providing you with your prescribed meds. I would strongly advise using an alternative pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions are never ready. Do they have anything in this chemist because everything seems to need to be ordered in? Waiting time about an hour is a joke. 4 member of staff in. Only one was serving. Not sure what the others were doing in the back except having a nice chat? Heard them tell about 3 people before me prescriptions were not ready. People were jumping in the queue to pay for products. Not covid friendly when everyone is squashed in waiting to be served.
