        I had to pick my prescription up today which the doctor had sent through yesterday, the lady behind the counter said it wouldn't be ready till Tuesday, when she saw the luck on my face she asked "was it urgent"!! Of course it was urgent, they were strong pain killers to solve a problem I've had for over a week, then she replied "oh okay I'll give them to you today"!!! I would like to know if they have received my prescription,had the medication I needed on the shelf,WHY was she going to make me wait for another 5 days . I was in that much pain I couldn't be bothered to argue. It was a joke.

        The staff are lovely always helpful, if my medication isnt ready I just pop back the next day I never let my medication run out without ordering a few days before it does. Louise the pharmacist does a yearly review of my prescription which is very helpful. The girls are always cheery and welcoming. My name is Kath Currie xx
