I called about having a breakdown looked at the next morning. Said no problem so got parts delivered to the broken down truck (burst coolant pipe). Then called in the morning to ask what time a fitter would be attending the driver. I was told to call back in 5 minutes and when I did no answer. I gave benefit of the doubt and called a few more times times and all my calls were ignored. Avoid at all costs complete time wasters.

Shambles of a business. Owner very aggressive and cant run a business. Doesnt pay bills when requested and lies about not receiving emails. Discovered this business has had multiple issues with employees and court cases. This should tell you all you need to know about how they operate. Avoid and find someone else to work on your truck or trailer. You will regret getting involved with this outfit. Read the other reviews here and elsewhere and see how they reply. Ps watch how he responds to this review and others. Aggressive and dismissive. Is this really the sort of person you want to deal with. Police already involved with this lot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I contacted MT and spoke to June, an enquiry about a body repair on my motor home, even though it wasnt something they could do June went out of here way to provide details of a highly recommended company. Thanks for the great service!

Rude receptionist. Poor customer service. Called them today regarding trailer repair. At first, receptionist sounded lovely and keen to help. She looked forward to book me in for the trailer repair. I explained that before we do that I need to get some more information about service they provide, prices etc. Because I never used them before and I don't know much about them. I told her that I need to call few other places as well before I decide where would be best to take my trailer to get a job done. When she heard that, her tone changed. She told me: then go ahead and call other places and hung up on me when I start talking to her. Confused and shocked to be honest. Is it me? Or this is normal behaviour?

Booked call out to none start 4/7/22, arrived 16.30!, wrong diagnostic equipment, I gave key to mechanic to call back 5/7/22, no show, called again 6/7/22 diagnosed "miswired" (so a friend told me) no call to me with findings... I had to chase all the time never had a update off them!, called to collect key 7/7/22 still no update only "to complicated, for on site" wanted me pay 300+vat to get recovery to there base! ... 2 call outs, diagnostic plug in and mileage cost me 180 ... lorry still not running I've lost 1400 worth of work so total loss of 1580 lorry still not starting ... ok company are busy but I NEVER HAD A PROGRESS CALL OR NOTHING ... one star above is for helpfully office staff ....
