        For many years Ive had the privilege of working as a high end cabinetmaker and restorer. Ive visited many timber merchants across the UK; some good, some not so good! Finding PB Hardwoods for our Chester based workshop has been a joy. Ive always been able to find what Im looking for, whether thats simply good quality oak of a particular cut or some more special. Its always a pleasure visiting the yard to see the family who own and run the company or have a good mooch around. I always make sure I have a few hours for my visit! So, thank you Butterworth family! I highly recommend them!!

        After using many timber supplies from around the country over the past few years, I can say this is the best one. They are very reasonably priced and the quality of wood is excellent and any issue I've had they have resolved it quickly and without question. If you are looking for a timber supplier I couldn't recommend them enough.
