Friendly and reasonable, loads of great advice given with no hard sell whatsoever. Paul always contactable and goes above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service, a slight hiccup was dealt with quickly and resolved. Had carpets fitted today, the fitting had to be brought forward at short notice. Paul juggled diaries with no fuss, Jimmy and Robbie turned up on time, and got stuck in, carpets look amazing and hopefully the amtico flooring will be just as good when that gets finished. Highly recommended.

Jimmy and his colleague did the great job for me. He even came back to trim the plinth as the new vinyl is thicker. My kitchen looks amazing now ! Thanks carpet direct and jimmy for excellent job and service. Highly recommend
