If you want to purchase from this company I sincerely recommend you do it through someone like Amazon or Ebay as then any queries or problems will actually be resolved. The customer service is the worst.

I do not think their customer service can read english.I informed them of a fact quite clearly and I have had 2 replies from them asking about the same information ( from the same customer service individual known as "Jan" )

I would not buy from this company. I received a Power Bank as a present last year. However it came without any cables/chargers. I have tried contacting Tecknet in the UK to ask where I can buy the necessary cables. But their phone number does not work (I doubt it really exists). Only email replies, in Pigeon English, six times ignoring my request for information. Six times they tell me they need me to provide the Order ID to 'register' the product. Told them six times the product was a gift from someone now deceased and I do not have this info. Six times have asked for basic product information. Getting nowhere. Most useless customer service ever. I suspect that the email reply is just a BOT, and this product is junk from China. Avoid.

Such a great company! I recently complained about wearing on a keyboard keycap but instead of sending me the keycap itself, they sent me a FREE keyboard FREE of charge and I didn't need to pay delivery costs. I will always buy my peripherals from Tecknet from now on as they always have such a friendly customer service. I was even in contact with them on Christmas Day and I got a reply but be patient because they are a very busy company... Also give them a screenshot of the purchase invoice and then they'll replace your product for free.
