We did a lot of research before deciding on purchase an ultrasonic anilox roller cleaner from Alphsonics. We ultimately decided to go with Alphasonics due to their solid reputation in the printing industry and the advanced technology they employ on all their units. Needless to say, were werent disappointed. Initial research suggested that some untrasonic machines out there may damage or prematurely wear Anilox rollers if the rollers are exposed for too long; this was our primary concern. Alphasonics assured us that this is not possible with their machines. We can confirm that with the Alphasonics machines, there are NO adverse effects on the rollers no matter how long they are exposed. We really have put this to the test. Weve been using the Melanie 600 for over two years and its revolutionized our printing process; ensuring optimal Anilox roller conditions at all times leading to quick, accurate colour matching and print quality. We have a busy print room so this unit runs pretty much all day every day, we have never had any issues with it. This is a solid, reliable piece of kit, a must for any busy print room. As for the team at Alphasonics, always friendly and happy to help, customer support is great.

Our new cleaner is great, compared to our "old" one, better cleaning and quicker, super service and, so far, great piece of kit! (Secura Labels)

We purchased a sonic cleaner and we are very pleased with it, it works perfectly and is totally hassle free. It cleans to a very high standard and has helped to boost our print quality. It is a very well built piece of kit that serves it's purpose very well!
