1 star is being generous. 5 front doors in 2 years. 4 have bubbled on the front and the 5th one has now jammed and will not open or close without using sufficient force. They now want a video of me opening and closing it before they can do anything. Would not recommend to anyone

I want to warn potential customers of the issue I have with my front door purchased August 2019. I noticed yellow marks first appear March 2020. While the company has supplied a new section of the door to replace the faulty arch around the glazed unit I had to pay to have this done. The company is aware of the problem and blames it on a substance used in fire safety requirements. They are not warning customers in advance of purchase however. And while my door is now repaired I am sure the problem will reoccurr next spring. I am extremely unhappy and intend to pursue this issue with trading standards.

I am really very happy with the product I purchased. This was a rear door and a window for my garage. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service that I received and the standard of workmanship is very good. Will thoughtfully recommend total glaze
