Absolute joke of a company. They quote 1 week and take 5 months. They claim the delays are because they're waiting on parts from their suppliers, but when the parts arrive they alternators still aren't ready because they've found winding faults. Somewhat ironic considering the alternators were brought in for diagnosis and repair five months ago. Then you've got the world's snottiest accounts department and prices that adjust themselves between the time of quote and the time of payment. This company is an utter disgrace and that's not just my view, but it's widely shared across the generator industry.
