Zero stars. 5 days without ANY HOT WATER. Promised a call out 3 days in a row (thurs, fri & sat) i was then summarily ignored by engineers, plumbers and office staff. They have damaged my property in numerous places and items have even GONE MISSING FROM MY HOUSE. The living room radiator is completely bowed like a banana, Not to mention they unplugged my extension cable to cut the plug off it! Anything to cut a corner eh?! The water pressure is now none existent and not one person has given me an answer. The gas fitter openly admitted he had NEVER RECEIVED ANY TRAINING FOR THIS SYSTEM. He had to call somebody else who had done ghe training! Plumbers blamed the sparks, sparks blamed the plumbers, engineers never turned up.... complete cowboys and thieves. I have been left no choice but to turn up at the office tomorrow after being totally ignored for almost a week
