        Furniture of good quality but customer service and delivery is horrible! Their partner (DX delivery) is completely unreliable, never know when and if the item will arrive (ETA time slots are actually 2-3 days, all day, anytime). I ordered 2 items and I had issues with both (delivered to wrong address, never informed me about that, I had to chase the orders and spend days to solve the issue ).

        Have dealt with DAMS for quite a few years, their furniture is ok for a low to mid price range manufacturer but their customer services are absolutely horrendous bordering on non existent, do yourselves a favour and buy from someone else as it's not worth the bother..

        Still waiting for a desk due nearly two weeks ago. First desk sent, broken on arrival at depot. Replacement sent on overnight, broken in transit and with no fittings pack. Packaging substandard. Customer service non existent, they couldn't care less about their end customer's satisfaction.

        Wrong fixings supplied with desk which ruined desk top so they had to replace. Complaint about my office chair totally ignored. Not very impressed with this company at all.
