Zero stars!!!!! If there was even an option i wouldnt give them any. Avoid this company at all costs. Impossible to actually get a hold of someone, you litterally wIt anywhere up to an hour and a half in a queue to speak to an advisor. Just had my performance vehicle inspected and from the monent he inspected the car i could tell it was an extremely bias opinion. Lap dogs to the insurance companies trying to devalue any claim. I havent even received the report yet but i can tell from the way he was selective and dictated what damage was "existing" and what was new. Never even pictured all of the damage only selective about what he pictured.

Spoke to Matt, he was extremely helpful. i have been chasing the body shop and insurance company for 9 days and none of them gave me any advice, so honestly Matt gave the best service, gave me advice and also went out of way to get me information. highly recommend

*AVOID AVOID AVOID* their "inspection" at all costs. Hoopers are BIASED and are lapdogs for the insurance companies. They reduce the value of the repair work to save the insurance companies money, duping the victim in the process. Source your own vehicle inspection company DO NOT let them "assess" your vehicle.

Con artists specifically hired to make sure you don't get a pay out. Was involved in an accident and my vehicle was clearly a write off with damage to almost every panel. Car was collected and inspected by one of their 'engineers' who agreed was total loss and offered me 2000 for it when it would be impossible to replace like for like for any lower than around 7000. After pointing this out they explained they would further inspect the vehicle to gain a fairer evaluation... Months passed without any communication from them or update even after me routinely calling. Then out of the blue months after the accident I was contacted to explain they will not be paying out due to 'technicalities'. To sum up, a part on the vehicle which is a known failure point (vacuum system rubber hoses) had been replaced with a more durable silicone alternative. Because of this and the fact the hoses were blue they claimed the car had been 'modified beyond manufacturers specifications' even though these parts do nothing to change the performance of the vehicle or increase the likelihood of theft. So I was left with a wreck and no pay out. But at least the hoses were still functional! AVOID
