The service provided at the moment is well below a standard I would expect. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. The doctors help best they can and that's the only reason I haven't moved doctors yet. The appointment service is woeful though and needs changing urgently. E-consult services opens at 8am and by 8.05am it's closed until the next day. You have to put yourself into a race to have the chance to be looked at. It's dangerous.

Absolute joke of a practice. Have a phone line that they cut you offf on purpose just as you get to the front ot the queue. This has happened numerous times its pathetic disgusting when people need appointments.

My appointment was at10am today. I got there at 9.55am and wasn't seen till10.35am. This is poor service. The doctor I seen arrived at 10.15. It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment. Also I rang every day to try and get an earlier appointment, none available. When you ring you can't get through On the day the receptionist were very polite and the doctor was very thorough and polite. This practice needs a better appointment system.

Have been with this surgery for the past 7 years and never had problems. On the day appointments are hard to get but I understand how much strain they are under. Always found the office staff, doctors and nurses here to be lovely and helpful.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrendous doctors, spoken down to and forced to find another GP due to lack of care. Avoid unless you want to be ignored and get sicker.
