        Very easy repair experience - collection and return for first repair was good but second attempt resulted in my device being written off (not their fault) - however I had to log into the site to be notified of this. Tip for future would be to send a text/email advising of this. Otherwise, good service and would use again.

        It was really great experience with our claim. They picked up my old laptop next day and following day told us that our old laptop can't be repaired. They straight away provide us with link for possible replacements, I choose one and next day it was delivered. Such quick response to claim I never experienced. Awesome service and quick service. Highly reccommended.

        Not great, item come back in the same condition not fixed and still not working. Basically a waste of time. I have to now send back the item again and not sure if I will get it back in time for my holiday.
