Cannot thank Rachel enough for all of her help getting finance sorted for my first car. I have no credit history and have only been in employment for 7 months after having my children. She was professional and very friendly throughout and couldn't do enough for me. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Service to get the car was quick & great. Unfortunately having had my car for 3 days I had engine problems. I contacted Female Friendly Finance to ask where I stood in term of having been sold a car not fit for purpose & what my rights would be. Totally ignored! My car has now been back at the collection point being fixed for SIX WEEKS after having it for only 3 days. I totally understand the onus is not on FFF in terms of the issues with the car but to not even bother to respond to me after having been so keen to reply in an instant when they wanted to seal the deal speaks volumes. I would strongly advise you avoid.

Cannot thank Rachel enough for her continuous support through the last few months and more recently transferring finance between company's and arranging my new car in the most professional manner. Constantly kept fully updated at every stage and asked continously if all was fine. She was an absolute pleasure to have taking me through the whole process from start to finish not just once but twice, she is a huge asset to your company. Was like having a best friend on call and she literally gave me a stress free life during all this, I worried about nothing as she had everything covered. Female friendly finance was amazing they were really helpful and done everything for me and accommodated me as I have anxiety talking on the phone and they were fine with that and done everything through messages. Gill was super amazing and helpful with getting everything rolling and getting me a new car. Thank you so much.
