What a beautiful bridal experience me and my sister had today, after lots of searching we arrived here and almost straight away she found the dress ! The visit was perfect, saying yes to the dress then followed with the prosecco and a beautiful gift bag, what a lovely touch ...the shop is beautiful the dresses are amazing

I arranged an appointment here yesterday evening, i shown up for my appointment today at the arranged time but unfortunately no one was there to buzz me into the car park. I waited for 20 minutes until a lady from the spa let me in, knowsley bridal was closed. I am very disappointed as I travelled for an hour to get here, I will not arrange future appointments or buy from here when this is how customers are treated. Evening if i did see a stunning gown i wouldn't not rely in them to deliver a good service.

My niece was looking for her wedding dress & discovered that Knowsley Bridal Suite were the only stockist, within reasonable travelling distance ( 1.5 hrs), of the designer she liked. We were welcomed by two friendly ladies who made us feel very welcome & offered us refreshments. The Suite was very impressive , spacious , clean & opulent. They were very helpful & knew exactly the dresses my niece wanted to see. No time was wasted & they helped her get into her selected dresses & were very good at suggesting different things that could be done to vary the look etc. We came away having ordered the dress of her dreams & will look forward to a return visit for a fitting when the dress arrives. A gift bag was given to my niece on departure which was a lovely gesture. Would definitely recommend a visit here for any bride to be.
