I love the way they've handled covid in here. The guys on the door - masks - cleanliness
I've been in this branch many many times over the decades and I have never had one single problem at all. They were actually extremely helpful when my card was copied a few years ago and used for 1st class train journeys and another time when I had money stolen from my account by somebody I actually knew! Shocker.
So, I had to go in lately to sort some stuff out and again they were spot on!
The staff in here are super knowledgable about their financial products and are very freindly indeed.
Absolutely no complaints here!
