Could not recommend Claire enough. Coming to the end of our fixed term mortgage we had very little time to find another suitable mortgage that we could afford. Whilst we worried whether we could have it all in place before the deadline Claire kept us calm and was very professional and worked around the clock to get it done for us. If you need anything regarding mortgages, even just advice then you need to speak to Claire. Thankyou again and speak to you when this current fixed term ends.

Claire is extremely professional and has secured, 2 fixed term mortgages for us so far on very competitive rates. She offers a very thorough service and provides very detailed financial summaries of both the mortgages available (and why certain ones would be best for our needs), along with how much the overall cost of moving would be, which is very helpful to see (solicitors costs, estate agents costs, movers costs etc). We have been very fortunate to come across Claire, after having some very bad experience with previous mortgage advisors who never told us everything we needed to know and led to 2 house purchases falling through. Claire is a committed mortgage advisor and will adapt the mortgages available to suit your personal situation. A clear of example of this is initially for our current purchase, Claire found a great deal on a 20% loan to value. However after we realised how little this could leave us with to do some home improvements, Claire found a new deal that matched what we needed on a lower loan to value but very similar repayments + repayment length (about 13.17 extra) but left us with significantly more money to invest in the improvements we wanted to do straight away. Furthermore, the whole process both times from getting a Decision in Principle to full mortgage has taken under 4 weeks. There was no long meetings with the bank as Claire handled all this and anything additional Claire needed, Claire was quick to communicate this to us to assure the mortgage was locked in in super quick time. I would have no issues in recommending Claire and I already have to existing friends, who I know have used her service and valued it as much as me and my wife. An additional to add to this is Claire is incredibly personable, from our first meeting we instantly knew that this process was going to be managed by someone we could trust but equally someone you know would always be on the other end of the phone if you had any concerns or doubts. Finally, Claire doesn't just stop when you're mortgage is secured and you've moved, she's always on hand should you need her to discuss anything about mortgages, even if it's looking to the future. I am hopeful the house we are moving to now will be our final house purchase but we will be sure to use Claire for any remortgaging too. With Claire you're not just getting a mortgage advisor you're getting someone that is firmly on your side and will do all she can to get you the best deal. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone thinking of getting a mortgage.

I am a first time buyer and found the whole prospect of buying a house intimidating and confusing, until Claire came to save the day! Lockdown means that we are unable to meet face to face, however a zoom meeting was arranged. I was able to see Claire's screen when she was showing me various figures such as affordability calculations and interest rates. It did not matter that we were not meeting directly, all of the information I needed to know was still there in front of me. I found this really beneficial as Claire could point to figures using her mouse and I was able to understand exactly what she was talking about. The "feel" of the meeting was relaxed and I almost forgot we were on a video call, it was like we were in the same room. I feel I have received a really personal yet professional service from Claire. She has managed to break everything down into a process that's easy and simple to understand alongside having the patience to answer any and all questions no matter how daft they are. Claire has managed to settle many of my anxieties around the process of buying a house and her vast knowledge of housing and mortgages is extremely reassuring. You can tell instantly that you are in good hands, I could not recommend Claire and Bubble Mortgages enough.
