        The boots that I received had been worn. They claimed that the dirt on the soles, which I sent photos to them of was dust from the store. If that is the case, avoid at all costs as the place must be filthy! I was shocked they sent them to me in the dirty condition in the first place. Threatening genuine reviewers with slander -when they have photographic evidence - says a lot about this business. I decided against sending the boots back as I read several reviews from people claiming that they had issues with the refund process.
