        Once a year in June, we go to Hawes market (Yorkshire Dales) to stock up with the excellent Herb Jellies. As I have a wheat allergy and cannot have the usual sauces and gravy which contain wheat flour and modified starch etc, I find the Herb Jellies the perfect accompaniment to my meals. I cannot be without them and take some with me when dining out and even when going on holiday. There a plenty to choose from, Tarragon, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Mint and Redcurrant which are perfect with all meats and fish. They also have the most wonderful jams and lemon and orange cheese and delicious fudge and tablet.
