        Really disappointed. We called to ask if packhorse could get us to Richmond in time for our train. The person we spoke with told us yes. We called a few days before we were to get that ride to confirm and the person we spoke with told us no, in fact, there was a good chance we would -not- make our train. When we asked for a refund they denied it and said they couldnt because we were already in their system and that no one on their staff would ever have given us that answer. Well as a matter fact they did. And we ended up losing a 140. That was unethical.

        Very experienced company, although our bags arrived late 5:45 one night with our dinner reservations were at 6:30. Quick shower and change of clothes
