Paul was super-helpful with our two e-bikes today when we called by prior arrangement to have a brake- check post trip to the French Alps and a LOT of descending! Very convenient location, easy to access, excellent parking. Paul is clearly an expert in his field and loves bikes! Very impressive selection of new kit.....and we will take up the invitation to stop by and try from the range for ourselves! Thanks so much for such superb service!

Paul was really honest and spoke in simple language with no pressure. Understood I'm looking in the 2nd hand market but with very limited knowledge. Happy to stay in touch and hopefully find a suitable bike

I live in London, so it might seem crazy to go to Cumbria to buy an e-bike. Except that no one in London has shown a fraction of the interest and attention that Paul Clow of Edene-motion has given me in getting absolutely the right bike for my needs. I am older, not that fit and not that knowledgeable about bikes. Instead of having some model pushed at me because that is the bike the shop wants to shift, Paul has spent literally hours, initially on the phone and FaceTime, and then in person when I went up. He carries a number of different makes, and has extensive knowledge about different types of bikes. He has fiddled around adjusting the handlebars, the saddle height, still saying - ride it for a bit and come back tomorrow and we can still adjust it some more. He has coped with me changing my mind and has been unutterably patient. Wherever you live, this is where you should go if you want expert advice about the right e-bike for you.
