3-days-3peaks
24-hour 3 peaks challenge
Communication was good ( the site a bit clunky) and the guides were awesome. The hotels were decent ( for the 1st trip). The one big issue was the transportation.
3days-3peaks : One of the hikers broker her leg on Ben Nevis. While we dropped her off at A&E the next day, we apparently couldn't pick her up as the max mileage mark would be hit. She ended up catching a cab to a rest-area that we picked her up from. Not the end of the world, but could have been handled better.
24 hour challenge. The minibus was way too small for all of us considering we were on it for 24 hours ( significantly smaller than the bus used the previous weekend). There was no trunk storage and all our supplies were in the main part of the bus ( in the aisle, seats etc).
The driver seemingly ignored a tire low on air ( my friend spotted it) and we ended up having a flat the next day. He also seemed to be in a rush and wasn't happy waiting when we climbed Scafell Pike at night. I think most of us would happily have paid a bit extra for a nicer bus and a better driver,
Overall, this would have been a 4.5-5 star experience if not for the transportation issues.
