        The room itself was lovely as was the service and location. Unfortunately we froze as there was no heating . The heater provided was not adequate enough to heat big room. We paid for jacuzzi and could not use it as no hot water, nor could we shower before leaving as water still cold. We were told to contact manager if not happy but she was not available. Waste of 100 pounds.
