We didnt stay in the hotel, but had lunch here! The location is great - right in the heart of the village and in walking distance from anywhere really. It was VERY quiet when we came in, maybe 2 or 3 other tables of couples, and there was no one around to serve when we came in. It wasnt too much trouble as we could order on the app, which was really easy to use. Our food came really quickly, after 20 minutes, and was piping hot. We got the pork belly burger and the veggie burger - the chunky chips were to die for The chef brought our food out and had to tell the bartender that we hadnt got our drinks yet. After a couple of minutes, the bartender came over with our drinks and said the ticket hadnt come through. Unfortunately he brought the wrong drinks but we were so thirsty and didnt want to wait another 25 minutes for the right ones. We were planning on staying for more drinks afterwards but decided not to in the end and went elsewhere. The atmosphere was really odd, very quiet music and everyone whispering! Probably wouldnt really come again but did for a quick pub lunch.
