Kirkby Lonsdale Post Office

Great local Post Office. Staff have always been helpful and polite in my experience. With good opening times it's a crucial asset to the community.

Staff very unhelpful when trying to post a parcel. To be fair, it was an awkward shape and size and was difficult to balance on the scales, but the woman behind the counter was unapologetic and not even remotely interested in finding a solution and refused to accept it. I took it to my local post office in Shap, where they are always great, and they happily accepted it.

Very rude lady behind the counter You can not enforce someone to wear a face mask after everything has opened back to normal All you had to do was sell me a stamp Cant believe your attitude You didn't have a mask on yourself and was behind glass and I was the only person in the shop. I'm disappointed that I made the decision to enter Unfortunately this is the only post office as I would advise people not to use this place

There would have been no stars if I could have done so. Been into this PO several times. On all occasions, the man and woman behind the counter are extremely, blunt, rude, unhelpful. This is the WORST PO I have ever been into in England. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never go into this PO again. I was also shouted at and told to get out for coming into the PO when there was 2 other people inside, but I didn't know this. GIVE A WIDE BIRTH! L A Downes.
