        Ordered a joint of lamb using the courier service as a thank you for some friends. My friends have reported back that it was the best lamb they have ever had and it was so good that they want to arrange an order for Easter.

        Visiting Mark and his team is a highlight of my week. The meat is absolutely superb quality, whether for a special occasion or a family meal there are options for all budgets. I have never had a better steak than from Dales. All the meat is locally sourced and outstanding quality. The pies and pasties are incredible, dreamy meaty goodness encased in crisp buttery pastry. The service is always friendly, they are knowledgable and helpful with suggestions for potential recipes. There is a reason they were crowned best butchers in the country - they are!
