        Needed help with a large transfer which could only be done in branch. I am not local to the area so thought there would be issues. Jonathan was amazing, calmed me down as had a stressful morning, took control of the situation and got the transfer done for me no problem. Very greatfull. Highly recommend this friendly branch.

        I always find the staff friendly , efficient and helpful. It is such a bonus to still have a bank in the town when others have either closed or only open certain days

        In these difficult days when everyone is under pressure you get to see where customer service and care is paramount. Nat West, Kirkby Lonsdale deserve 5 stars and more. I couldnt have asked for any better service. At 91 waiting in line outside is difficult, when a member of staff see that and brings you a chair! Just wonderful.
