Absolutely disgusting the way they treat care companies, making us wait 28 days to be paid for work done from previous month, no need for that, Im putting in an official complaint to the ombudsman as I expect to be paid within 7-10 days once invoice is put in to them. No other company I deal with does this, they all pay within 7 days of invoice. Unfortunately they are chosen by social workers and they dont care that late payment causes hardship for the carers would not recommend this company to anyone
