Went in to this place and some of the office workers didn't want to interact when I had queries about what to do. Got speaking to the fleet manager though who was really nice, polite and was a delight to talk to so in the end was a very pleasurable experience. I won't need to ask so many questions next time so hopefully a 5 star rating next time. Was allowed to stay with the vehicle as covid policies were set in place but beware, the toilet is near the gate house which was all the way around the front of building so don't get caught short if they send your vehicle around the back.
