    I had 12 sessions with Michelle and each one was different which kept my interest going.Michelle really listened to me about the areas that I said I wanted to work on and devised programmes that allowed for my specific ailments (bad knees and lower back problems) and the sessions were both challenging and enjoyable-we even managed to work outside in the garden some days. I would certainly recommend Michelle and her training helped me to loose over a stone in weight as well as tone my body in the areas I wanted.

    Michelle is an amazing trainer. She was lovely, warm, intuitive, very very funny, became a friend, and was great at what she did - I always had great (very sweaty!) workouts. Although she pushed me I was always aware that I could have stopped and she wouldn't have been judgmental, although I rarely wanted to stop because she kept it so varied and enjoyable. Her workouts always incorporated moves that I'd never heard of even though I was quite aware of different types of exercise etc. She is always learning more for her clients, and is enthusiastic about exercise and nutrition - she helped me with both by reading around a condition I had and recommending things that are super-healthy and NOT just the average well-known, sometimes ineffective advice. She gave me so much more than she needed to, got me into running - as well as giving me the confidence to do it - which I know will be a life-long habit. She was patient with me if I was a bit moody from a bad day and always cheered me up if that was the case. Instead of watching me intimidatingly like I'm sure most people's idea of a personal trainer is, she did the exercises with me. I was happy to share personal things with her which I think is important when dealing with your body and health, and this was significant for me. Lots of great things happened in a year because of the impact that exercising with her and finding a perfect diet for me to feel good had. She wanted to help personally, not just because it was her job, and that is so valuable. Thank you so much Michelle

    Michelle is an amazing personal trainer. Both me and my wife have used her for some time now and the results are brilliant. We feel fitter, healthier and we have never looked so good. She really is a knowledgable trainer who listens and builds you up at a pace that suits you. I could not recommend her enough.

    Hi Great personal trainer. Very flexible approach and Michelle is keen to understand your goals but also will challenge you and guide your when needed. She is very good communicator, clearly knows her stuff and gives you the confidence you are not wasting your efforts. As a result of my sessions in 6 months I lost 3 stone, 4 inches from waist and cycled up hills I could barely walk up before. You of course need own motivation but really helps when you know you are doing right things. Always friendly, very reliable and keen to provide you with a service wouldn't hesitate to recommend. enjoy

    I have been using Michelle now for about 3 months and feel so much better both physically and mentally. Having not done any real excercise for years I was a bit anxious about using a trainer, Michelle immediately put me at ease, discussed what I wanted to get from the training and set a plan accordingly. Each session is different and increased steadily in intensity to suit my progress. I am the wrong side of fifty, but now thankfully don't feel it!! Don't sit there wondering what if, make the call and find out! You won't regret it.
