Martin was great! He promised to fix my bell tent on a much faster time scale than other businesses I'd got quotes from. The price was surprisingly cheap too! I had extensive fire damage to my tent and large holes and Martin managed to make it look like new! He even pushed my job forward so I had it back in time to use on my holiday. Highly recommended!!!

My boat canopy was falling apart and I obtained quotation for 2700 to buy a replacement. Mr Miller offered to do complete restitching for less than 10% of that amount. Furthermore he offered to turn it around within 4 hours. My wife and experienced sewer said he cannot possibly do that. He did that and more, I am completely blown away by the quality and service. I can only say I highly recommend this company and it was a pleasure dealing with Mr Miller.

Found this place on Google along with two other places we were able to ring. We were on holiday when we called and had a problem with our zip on our awning the part next to where you slide the awning onto the caravan. It was our friends caravan and our last day so we wanted to make sure this was sorted out as it had broken in our care. We rang and spoke to Martin who when we tried to explain the situation we only got one word answers and they were very blunt. Baring in mind we have never had to ring anyone before about an issue like this so we didn't know what they offered or weather the company even dealt with this sort of thing. We was made to feel like we was a burden ringing them! We was respectful and polite on the phone when speaking to Martin about our issue and asked the questions. We told Martin he sounded very peed off on the phone towards the end of the call (just been honest) as we felt it was awkward and hadn't really gotten very far with what they can do about the issue. Never again will we be using this company with an awful attitude, one word un helpful answers like that. Very poor phone skills. I suggest you have someone else answer the phone that is polite and kind who wants to deal with any issue a customer rings up with. Especially if you want custom.
