The service I received from PSG was exceptional. They really care and work hard to give you the best service. I was too busy at work to get to their office on time, so Blaine the mortgage broker I had went out his way and met me at my place to discuss mortgage options. He then continued to give me the best advice throughout the process and was very supportive and reassuring of my concerns. During the 3 months it took me to get the keys he kept checking for better rates and reduced my monthly payments from 840 to 715 by the time I had come close to completion. I couldnt be happier with this company and their professional attitude and advice. Would definetly recommend if I have a chance.

Tim was all round superb. Made buying our first home really easy. He worked round us, when we needed to sit down with him. Went above and beyond to make the whole process seamless. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to all of my friends and family, and we will 100% be using him again in the future.

My wife and I have bad credit due to some bad luck and we were stuck in a variable rate mortgage which was going up and up. Tim Beardmore was our consultant, and he secured us a decent 5yr fixed rate which gives us security and stability during these weird times. Tim sorted everything, walked us through all the things he required from us and done all the work. He even scheduled late night meetings to fit around our jobs. He is the consumate professional. Highly recommended and you won't find better.
