please be careful instructing these to do any investigative works with the view to do remedial works afterwards. was impossible to get a quote, the communication was appalling and it was a waste of time and money.

Messaged Fixx to see if they could service my boiler at short notice and they fit me in the for the next day. The gentleman who came to service it was punctual and did a really good job (the British Gas engineer who came out to do a repair a few months later said it had been done excellently) and the price was competitive. No complaints.

This people are too expensive. They dont bring the parts and when they found the fault they are go back and pick the parts and fixed. Parts cost 35+vat Totally 360

I was told I needed a new boiler. A friend gave me contact details for Fixx to get a quote. As a single woman it can be daunting at times to get quotes for work that I have no knowledge or expertise about. Fixx came to quote and gave me a range of solutions to my problem. They gave information to enable me to do research, and time for me to consider my choice without pressure. Their quote was fair in comparison to others I obtained and they were able to book in the work quickly. Every single member of the team that visited my home; from the original quote, through to completing the work; was a credit to the company.really friendly and professional, respectful of my home, clean, tidy, efficient. The overshoes that every member of the team used before entering the house is a small touch, but the little things really make a difference. I would happily use Fixx again and would highly recommend.
