        I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. They never have the prescription I need in store and they dont order this in time so I end up without any medication when I have to take this daily. I have waited over 2 weeks for the medication which should have been enough time for them to get this in store. I have spoken with my GP and they said it shouldnt take so long for them to get the prescription ordered in store and that they should have done more to make sure I had some medication. Its bad when you have no medication when you have to take this daily or otherwise will feel extremely ill for months but they dont care.

        I cannot praise the staff enough at the Bywater branch. They will are allocated so that friendly even remember your name. Allerton Allerton Bywater

        Have had some issues here since moving back to the Village, but they have basically all been related to supply chain issues related to Covid-19 and BREXIT. The staff here are friendly, professional and appear to genuinely care about their customers. Also good advice on minor medical issues not needing a GPs expertise.

      image I have had so many issues with this pharmacy.
