Ive been going to the incredibly talented Marie for 4.5 years now, in all honesty I would NEVER go anywhere else, Marie is beyond the best at what she does! Not only does she put 1000% into every beautiful creation she has made for our family, she is the most LOVELY & most professional lady who has gone above and beyond every time weve done business together, and may I add absolutely brilliant with my little ones! So gentle & patient. Through meeting 4.5 years ago when Marie did our very first cast for my first born, Marie has become a very special person in all of our lives even casting my mum & I when my mum was at the end of her life, giving me something to treasure of my dear mum now she is no longer here. For that, I have no words to say how special that experience was for me. This is Something I will cherish forever and an experience I was so thankful to have through Maries services. If youre wanting top class work done with extra care, position & professionalism. Then Marie is your lady!!! I cannot WAIT to return in November for my 3rd Babys casts!!

Avoid if your wanting this sooner than 5 months !! Yes the work is great, but after 2 castings taken in mid May I have just received these today from a garden black bin ! I was initially told 8 weeks, to be then told id been mistaken and it was 12 weeks. I had no order confirmation after paying in Full upfront. After 16 weeks I then contacted Marie again to be told my frame had been held up due to covid and that it was been worked on !! after a further few weeks I then contacted Marie again & was given a date to collect. 21 weeks after ! I finally have my orders which I had to collect out of a black box in a garden with the tiniest bubble wrap because the shop was shut & this was the only option I could be accommodated with after been messed around so long ! Nice customer service !! Yes weve had Covid & your a 1 man band but covid ended in May when I had the casting done so dont use excuses for such a poor service. Not once have you contacted me out of politeness to apologise for the delay ( until I have followed up ) They say shop local and keep small businesses afloat but when this is the thanks you get no wonder people go elsewhere. I will never recommend due to such poor customer service.

I can't thank this amazing lady enough! During the pandemic and the toughest time we were all facing, this great sole came in to the hospital and made this happen! Marie took our late daughter's casts, wearing all that PPE and just simply taking that risk, despite having her children & family she took that risk! A huge thank you and gratitude from us. Marie you have been been so kind throughout and I'm so happy to hear that you are helping other children and that our late daughter inspired you open a charity and do this for other babies, this means so much. You have given us one of the most precious memories of our little warrior, which we can now hold and adore which we now have with us for life. We absolutely adore the cast's and frame. We highly recommend Marie for her amazing & spectacular work and the care and attention to detail paid from start to finish. Marie's work speaks for itself thank you again. This is one of the most incredible small businesses' i've supported. The keep sakes i have purchased from here are nothing but priceless perfection. The Christmas bauble i have of my daughters hand is just irreplaceable and something I have on display all year round. How this one woman business has survived and managed to survive through a global pandemic is wonderful. The delays presented by Covid, should it be materials (from 3rd party suppliers) or isolation (with children at school) they have been nothing but professional with every communication. My hat goes off to this woman and its lovely to see another hard working small business surviving a pandemic. I wish this company all the luck in the world and will always recommend them because there is such love and passion in everything they produce.
