Didnt turn up on day , took day of work promised to come 10pm I rang they said 1 pm no show then 5pm I got a call said they rolled carpet out and there was a flaw and had to reorder . Said be here next day 8.30 . no show until 11.30 , went off 2 hrs later came back and fitted then said had to come back next day next morning as said 8.30 no show as expected came later put small amount of vinyl in doorway, said would have to come back as no carpet divider said they would seal vinyl . Still waiting 6 days later numerous calls to getting fobbed off
Please do not use this company Adam has clearly got issues going on as very hyper , blatant liars , take this as a warning and dont be taken for a mug from a set of cowboys . Aug 5th, 2022

Bought carpet,fitted poorly lines not straight,3 years later falls apart near French doors.Vendor refused to replace claiming it was sun damage plus accepted no responsibilty for selling me a carpet fit for purpose etc.Said that 10 year warranty was wear only and supplier gone out of business.Now upstairs landing carpets not lying flat either.Metal trims by doors out of line and bent.Very very poor quality and workmanship.I've givin this man 2 chances to resolve the issues,he became very agitated and refused! It all started off well and don't get me wrong the carpets are nice. You'll be asked for a hefty deposit which again didn't bother me. Where I wasn't happy was asked for remainder of money before even starting to lay carpets. They worked hard on the Wednesday no doubt about it. Had to come back on the Thursday to do living room. I told them I had an appt and had to leave at 11. No problem I'm told we'll be down for 9. That didn't happen they turned up at 9.40 and after 5/10 minutes went off for 20 minutes to do a quote for another house. As I anticipated I missed my appt which was another local business on the High Street. Was a couple of metal carpet dividers short they said they'd be back at 2.30 to do them which never happened. Eventually got those done the following Tuesday after quite a few calls and texts. Also the vinyl I'd ordered for kitchen was to continue in my cupboard under my stairs, it was all measured up and within the quote. There wasn't enough vinyl ordered and I kept asking when this would be sorted. Weeks on it was obvious it wasn't going to get done I just asked for a refund for that only to be told I didn't charge you for that was just getting you a piece, in other words no refund. I'm sorry that is a joke. I also got left with all the cardboard tubing from the carpets just thrown and left at the front of my house which I had to get rid of by taking it to the tip. I've drawn a line under it now as I'm not getting stressed about it but I want to just urge people not to pay up front as if there is any left to do after you'll be bottom of the list. All the above is a shame but sadly I won't order any more from here in the future. Jul 24th, 2021
