This company is quite happy to take your order and your money but if you have any problems do not expect any kind of customer service.
We have just completely renovated a house. Every company we have dealt with, kitchen company for new kitchen, bathroom company for new bathrooms, window company for new windows, tilers, electricians, plumbers etc have been fantastic. Any niggles or problems have been dealt with wonderfully and the end results are fantastic.. then we have Doorsan. We ordered 16 doors, 10 oak and 6 to be painted in Farrow and Ball Wimborne White (at an additional cost) to match our skirting and architraves. The oak doors seemed fine and matched the sample we had been given. The painted doors were a huge disappointment. There was no colour match at all. They looked like they had simply been primed. We sent photos to Doorsan clearly showing the doors were not a match to our paintwork. We were very disappointed to be told that as we had chosen an open pore finish they were happy with the match. We were very unhappy with this but met a brick wall. We therefore had no choice but to pay our decorator to paint the doors to a satisfactory finish.
It took three coats of paint.
Three of our oak doors started to split down the veneered middle. We were asked to send photos and it was accepted that this was a fault. New doors were ordered.
In the meantime we had ordered two further oak doors for a new opening.
When they arrived we were very disappointed to discover they were not even close to matching the original doors. (See photos). Our joiner was horrified and did not hang the doors as he also thought they were a completely different finish.
We complained to Doorsan only to be told all oak is different and basically they were not prepared to do anything about it.
We were then very concerned about the new replacement doors and as we had feared they arrived not matching our original doors at all. Even the delivery drivers agreed they did not match and were equally surprised at the colour of the two previously ordered additional doors. In fact the guys offered to photograph the doors to show head office the difference. I advised not to bother as we had already been told the firm were not prepared to help.
We decided to refuse delivery of the replacement doors as they would have looked ridiculous next to the original doors.
After a heated exchange with Luke I commented that the customer service was abysmal. His reply was you are only saying that because I am not doing what you want. I found this comment insulting and extremely upsetting. Be assured Luke I was making the comment because your customer service is truly deplorable.
