Unprofessional, poor management, doesent even send the v5 off till weeks later, had to replace all 4 tyres, plus the exhaust system was bodged, cost me , 360.00 for mid section plus back box, and 140 for tyres,, adverts said car was serviced, it hadn't had one ,so in total unnecessary costs are 625.00 on top of cars price,,,,I've been seriously ripped off I'd avoid this dealer like the plague,,,,,, I wish I had read other reviews on this dealer, one poor buyer had his car 24 hrs and it broke down,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,my advice stay away from him,,,,,,

Seriously I wish there was the option to give less than one star, total bunch of cowboys. Please take my advice and avoid at all costs. Bought a car from them six months ago, after a short road test (there was no petrol in it) all seemed ok, so we did the deal and paid the full asking price even though it really wasn't in the condition it was advertised as, my wife really liked it. Not long after picking it up we realised it had numerous faults, being a mechanic I looked at it at work, identified the faults and passed what I'd found on to them when we dropped it back off with them. Didn't think it was down to me to fix them when it was sold with these faults. Long story short, after months of excuses, we were told all was fixed and it was ready to pick up. Circumstances changed at home so against legal advice we decided to pick it up and sell it on. Guess what? It's still not fixed. To say I'm fuming is an understatement. Do yourselves a favour guys, buy from elsewhere

Friendly staff, good cars, good price, can't complain. Richard was very helpful, we had a couple of questions about future problems i might face and his knowledge about the cars was impressive.
