This is a unique view into the past on how some people lived. These homes being carved out of sandstone are well worth a visit. Not easy to get to if you have major mobility issues as a little steep walk to the houses, but it is worth the trip. There is a very small cafe up some steps but no visible wheelchair access i noticed, so check with the site before a visit. The cafe serves delicious scones and cakes along with tea, coffee or cold drinks if you prefer.
