Dr S Potter - Moss Grove Surgery Kinver

This GP surgery left my 92 year old blind grandmother sitting on the ground on the steps up to their front door, bleeding and with a suspected broken knee for an hour and 10 minutes without any first aid. When asked for assistance we were told that the doctor wouldn't see her because 'he might make things worse'. No problem, we'll just sit here while she bleeds until the ambulance comes from Birmingham for over an hour when a trained doctor is 10 meters away. We will be complaining to the care quality commission.

I am still waiting, after leaving numerous messages, for the practice manager to call me back after submitting a complaint letter at the beginning of December. She has apparently gone home or in between surgeries but still hasn't the good manners to return my call.

Excellent reception staff, excellent doctors. We are very lucky.
