        Possibly the worse time in my life being in there, they act like they care but really theyre there to support your child being took away from you! They set you up to fail! They Listen to your phone conversations on camera. The manager seems very passive in a patronising way.They made my life hell all because I didnt wear a mask. They rang social services all because I didnt catch a taxi back and got a lift instead! They took away my day out with my child because I following covid procedures even when the bands had been lifted, its seems anything they can use to put a strain on your parent hood theyll do! to leave with your child out of that place you are truly blessed and lucky! Worse time of my life!

        Going good, til the recommendations were shared... Then the whole attitude of the place switched 360... Hostile and just horrible to be around. Had to go to a funeral only to come back be left outside(in the cold!) For 4 hours because I didnt wear a mask in a car... Which none of the staff do until they pull up. Kicked me out that same night for that reason and kept my child of me for no reason! Take what they say with a pinch of salt. Some staff are nice the 2 female managers are horrible when you do eventually see them! Be vigilant!
