        An excellent service provided by John Dillon on 13 Feb 20. Very knowledgeable and did a great job fixing the pump in the airing cupboard. I recommend you all to John's local and friendly service.

        Stay away. He messed up my house. Drilled holes in supporting joists, argued with my builders and caused loads of issues. When I had Homeserve recently the chap said I wish they would shut him down, we have to fix so many of his problems.

        To quote "Just phoned this man and he was most unhelpful and then hung up on me." This muppet has now twice ignored my voicemail messages. He can sod off. I'll be giving negative reviews wherever I can. BTW, the one star was the minimum the website allows. it would be zero otherwise.
