After 40+ years of knee problems injured by both playing sports and then an accident, I was very wary of being asked to see yet another physio. But I was so wrong. Had the enormous pleasure to be seen by Dr Toks Aluko today (4 Nov 22) and firstly, he listened, understood and engaged. The examination was thorough but gentle & caring, and then Dr Aluko spent an age talking calmly through his explanation of the knee skeletal and musculature dynamics, and what was going wrong with my knee. He was thorough, careful and caring, and I can truthfully say that that was the most helpful medical examination I've ever had. It resulted in an exercise programme (knew that was coming), but also told me what I had to stop with immediate effect (knee support, types of exercise which when it was explained, all made absolute sense) and then arranged for prompt intervention to be delivered by his other medical colleagues at the surgery. A credit to his profession, and the surgery for engaging his service.

The doctors staff are totally professional and cant do more for you. I was ill and its times like that you need support and it was in abundance. Most times I have been to a doctor were through injury. so that's a&e but this practise goes way above to support and do all they can. Cant fault the staff doctors.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Heather Howells were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Heather really took her time to explain my conditions with me. I had a great visit and the doctors demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much!
