Very sad story to tell on the 19-08-22 I went into the shop to buy a Lottery Sracth Card for 5 I continued by journey back to London . When I got home I found out I won on the ticket when I went to claim my winnings I found out the ticket was invalid I phoned the Lottery help line to be told the sracth card was invalid in fact the sracth card had never been paid for by the shop so technically it was stolen. Sadly this shop is a Dishonest Shop. Karen the shop manager as not even phoned me to say sorry they clearly dont care one star review is to much it should be Zero. Dont trust this shop they dont care this is a 100 percent true story very very upset customer. A update on the 31-08-22 Nisa head office told me they dont care if there shops do illegal things or sell goods to customers what are not theres. MY ADVICE DONT USE THESE SHOPS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN there Maneger even up today has not phoned me to say SORRY VERY POOR SHOW

Not a patch on how it used to be. Fridges not working most of the time some of the younger staff leave a lot to be desired

Great store and an Aladins Cave of interesting and unusual as well as all your usual everday goods. Writing in 2022 four years later I feel it only fair to say that the store changed hands recently and though some of the great staff still remain the products I sought appear to no longer be stocked so my trade has moved elsewhere in the town who seized the opportunity by starting to stock. Feel sorry for the staff we have got to know over the years and speaking to others I realise others feel the same. Progress maybe not.
